Drew Shope began HTML and coding in high school. He has been Drew Shopeactively involved in social media for 5 years, and did freelance web and graphic design for 2. He attended Colorado State University studying Landscape Architecture, where he learned many of the computer skills he still uses today. Drew co-authored Thrive: How Realtors Can Succeed in a Down Market in 2009, where he wrote about social media’s application in business.

Robert Koch originates from New Jersey, graduated from Rutgers, and although the accent is sometimes hard to trace, he can still spot a decent cannoli from 100 paces. Ever attracted to new challenges and opportunities, Robert has worked for a variety of companies, from start-ups to very large companies in technology, real estate investment, and construction.  He is a self-described techno-evangelist and spends much of his time at Thrive developing systems to better serve clients.

Michael Booker began his online journey back in high school. After completing every computer course his school had to offer (everything from Cisco, AutoCAD, HTML, and Visual Basic) he decided to take things to the next level and attend Purdue University to increase his skill set. While there, he served as the President of his fraternity and started 3 successful WordPress sites that he still runs today. Through his online journeys he has become well versed in blogging, SEO, WordPress design, and social media.

Sarah Buchanan left her small town up north in the UK to explore the possibilities of working in major cities across the globe.  Her experience is vast from managing poster campaigns on the London underground to building gorilla style marketing buzz on NY’s Madison Avenue for several large corporations across the United States.  Her introduction to running small business began back in Paris in 2004, since then she found this‘cow town in Colorado to be a perfect fit for her lifestyle and continuation of her entrepreneurial dreams even if this includes making sure that her partners obsessions with Landrovers and motorbikes doesn’t take over the job at hand.
